Technology Progress of Energy-Saving in Shougang

摘要 在"钢铁产业结构调整、淘汰落后产能"等节能减排政策引导下,首钢通过北京厂区减产并将关停的基础上,新建首秦、迁钢和京唐现代化钢厂,并联合重组水钢、长钢等企业,在产能和规模扩展的同时综合能耗逐年下降。通过首钢北京厂区、首秦和迁钢三地钢厂的节能技术推广应用,产业结构调整降低综合能耗,提高转炉煤气回收量,降低高炉煤气放散率,提高压差和干熄焦发电量,降低水耗和钢比系数的措施落实,阐明首钢近年的节能技术进步。并指出首钢今后的节能方向和对策。 Under the policy of energy-saving and emission reduction such as structure adjustment of steel industry and behindhand production capacity dropped,Shougang group newly built modern steel plant such as Shouqin,Qiangang and Jingtang company,and united and recombined with plant such as Shuigang and Changgang,comprehensive energy consumption dropped by year with production capacity and scale enlarged.By fulfilled measures such as energy-saving technology application,reducing total energy consumption by industry structure adjustment,improving converter gas recycled quantity,lowering blast furnace gas releasing ratio,increasing differential pressure and coke dry quenching power generation,lowering water consumption and steel ratio coefficient,energy-saving technology progress is illustrated in Shougang in recent years.Energy-saving direction and countermeasure in future in Shougang are pointed out.
