清肝利湿汤治疗胆囊炎胆石症的实验研究 被引量:13

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON QINGGANLISHI(QGLS) DECOCTION IN TREATMENT OF CHOLECYSTITIS AND CHOLELITHIASIS

摘要 采用胆总管部分狭窄及胆囊内注入大肠杆菌的方法制备胆囊炎胆结石动物模型 ,研究清肝利湿汤的治疗作用。 6 9只健康清洁家兔随机分为 4组 ,除正常对照组外 ,其余 3组均手术造模 ,每日分别插胃管饲以清肝利湿汤、龙胆泻肝汤及凉开水 ,监测体温 ,15 d后采血检测各指标 ,结果示清肝利湿汤能显著降低死亡率及胆结石成石率 ,升高血浆中β- EP、SOD,显著降低血浆中 SP、MDA及血清中 TNF-α、γ- GT、AKP、T- BIL、D- BIL等指标 ,明显减轻肝脏病理损害 ,说明清肝利湿汤具有利胆、清热镇痛、防石消石、抗炎抗菌作用 ,疗效优于对照组药物。 In order to study the therapeutic effect of AGLS decoction in treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,animal models of the diseases were made by partially igaturing the common bile duct and injecting the Bacillus coli into the cholecystis.69 rabbits were divided randomly into four groups .Except the normal controls,the other rabbits were operated.Each rabbit was fed either water or decoctions by gastric tube according to different groups and the anus temperature was measured once a day during the experimental span.After blood samples were obtained ,all rabbits were killed to inspect the gallstone and pathologically examine the liver and cholecystis.The group treated with AGLI decoction had significantly lower mortality (25%)and less gallstone than the model control gronp,as well as the changing of temperature.And the serum β EP and SOD increased more than the other three groups,whereas the serum MPA,SP,TNF α γ GT,TBIL,DBIL decreased more than the model control.The pathological damage of the QGLS group was slighter than the model group.The results confirmed that animal models of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis were reliable,and QGLS decoction not only had antibiotic,analgesia and antiinflammatory effects,but also could improve gallbladder contractitity and prevent formation of gallstone,and had better therauptic effect than LDXG Decoction in treating cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.
