摘要
目的探讨临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用及效果分析。方法将600例全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为临床路径管理组(观察组)及传统的医疗护理组(对照组),比较两组住院时间、住院费用、术后胃肠功能恢复及满意度等指标。结果两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、术后胃肠功能恢复和患者满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径为患者提供了优质服务,可以明显缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect of clinical pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Six hundred cases of anesthesia to laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the clinical path way management group（experimental group） and traditional medical care（control group）.Compared length of stay,hospital costs,gastrointestinal function recovery and satisfaction index in the two groups.Results The differences of the two groups of hospital stay,hospital cost,postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and patient＇s satisfaction were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical pathway provides a good service for patients,it can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,lower medical costs and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
