天津市居民首次就诊机构及影响因素研究

Study on the First Visiting Medical Institutions and Influence Factors for Patients in Tianjin City

目的分析影响天津市居民选择就诊机构的原因及因素。方法利用SPSS 16.0的描述性统计和有序多分类Logistic回归对数据进行分析。结果天津市居民首次就诊机构选择的影响因素有:家庭年收入、性别、职业类型、参加哪种社会医疗保险、年龄等。结论天津市需要及时改善卫生筹资机制,加强基层医疗卫生机构服务能力建设。

Objective To analyze the reason and influence factors of Tianjin residents＇ chocie of first visiting medical institutions. Methods Analyzing the data by the descriptive statistics and ordinal Iositic regression of SPSS16.0. Results Annual household income, gender, occupational type, the type of social health insurance and age were all related to Tianjin residents＇ choice of first visiting medical institutions. Conclusion Tianjin government needs to improve the system of health financing, and strengthen the service capacity-building of primary care of health organizations.
