在梳理个人管理经验、总结单位工作实践和国内文献综述分析的基础上,利用管理过程控制原理,摸清医疗纠纷发生转归过程与可控制干预节点。
Based on organizing personal management experience and summarizing the work practice and internal literature review, the process of occurrence and changes of the medical dispute and controllable interventions node are clarified using the control principle in management process.
