Practice and Discussion on Constructing the Shared Vision for Hospital Development Taking Historical Relicas a Carrier of Culture

以北京最古老的水准原点从历史文物到文化载体的蜕变,再到构建北大医院共同愿景的升华为例,对以文物为载体开展医院文化建设创新工作的立意、实践与成果进行了总结,探讨在此基础上构建医院共同愿景的可行性与借鉴意义。

The oldest leveling origin in Beijing is taken as an example, which has cultural values going beyond itself as a cultural carrier and then a shared vision of Peking University Hospital. The conception, the practice and the achievement of making innovation in hospital culture construction are summarized and the feasibility and the reference significance of constructing the shared vision for hospital development are discussed on this basis.
