摘要
介绍了一种新型微小电阻测试仪的测量原理及其实现方法。该测量仪采用伏安法测量微小电阻,消除了测试电流不稳定对测量结果的影响。选用低功耗单片机C8051F020、双路24位ADC、锰铜丝线绕电阻作为标准电阻实现系统设计并利用电流源切换展宽了测量范围。仪器测量范围为10μΩ-1.5000 kΩ,测量精度±0.1%,测量仪具有数据存储、结果打印、LCD显示等功能。该测试仪具有低功耗、高精度、重复性好、携带方便等特点,适于工业现场微小电阻的精确测量。
This paper presents the measuring principle and design of a new portable measuring instrument for small resistance,The instrument measures small resistance by voltammetry method,eliminating the affects of the test current instability on the measurement results.Using the ultralow—power C8051F020,dual 24-bit ADC and manganese copper wire wirewound resistors as a standard resistor to achieve system design and switching current source to broaden the measuring range.The measurement range of the instrument is 10 μΩ-1.500 0 kΩ,And the measurement accuracy is± 0.1%,This instrument can complete memorizing data,the result printing,LCD displaying and other functions.Lower power-consuming,high accuracy,reproducible and portable are all its peculiarities.So in particular it can be properly used in work field for accurate measurement of small resistance.
