摘要
针对自动气象站的特点,给出了一种基于总线技术的高精度温湿度采集器的设计方法和过程;并对设计的主要问题进行了分析。首先应用比例量化方法来解决自动气象站的通信方式选择,应用对比分析来确定通信实现的基本功能、系统的性能指标,应用精度分析理论对温度测试电路和A/D转换等进行了设计;其次应用直接数学公式法和分段线形方法来处理温度测量数据,讨论了针对电磁干扰的消除算法和温度补偿等问题;最后进行了实验测试,系统能满足设计的要求,且设计方法有一定参考性。
To fit the characteristics of automatic meteorological station,based on the bus technology,a design method and process of higher precision temperature and humidity collector is introduced;and the main issue of design is analyzed.Firstly,the method of proportion quantity was used to select communication mode,the compare analysis method was applied to define foundational communication functions and performance of system,the temperature measure circuit and A/D conversion were designed used the theory of precision analyses.the test data of temperature was processed using the direct mathematical method and piecewise linear approximation,arithmetic of eliminating electromagnetism interference and temperature compensation is discussed;finally experiment testing is done and it shows the system fit the demand of design,and the design method have a value of reference.
