摘要
目的:研究兔眼碱烧伤后角膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与角膜新生血管(CNV)的关系。方法:56只兔随机分成实验组A、实验组B、实验组C及对照组。实验组用N aOH碱烧伤法诱导CNV模型,按碱烧伤后24h、3d、1周、2周、3周、4周,2月、6月处死兔取出角膜,进行CNV的形态学检查及免疫组化法评价VEGF的表达。结果:实验组兔碱烧伤后1d开始出现CNV,2周达高峰;碱烧伤后1d出现VEGF表达,持续升高至碱烧伤后1周,随后表达水平开始下降。对照组中未出现CNV及VEGF不表达。结论:碱烧伤后兔眼VEGF的表达与CNV的形成有密切相关性,并发挥了作用。
Objective:To study the relationship between the corneal neovascularization and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in cornea after alkaline burn in rabbits.Methods:56 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups(experimental group A 、experimental group B、experimental group C and control group),inflammatory corneal neovascularization of experimental group rabbits were induced by cautery with alkali.Rabbits were sacrificed and taken the Cornea on 1 day,3 day,1 week,2 week,3 week,4 week,2 month,6 month.corneal neovascularization were evaluated by morphometric analysis and expression of VEGF were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Results:The cornea of experimental group emerged corneal neovascularization after 1 day and reached peak on 2 week;expressed VEGF after 1 day and reached peak on 1 week,sequentiality the VEGF express level decreased.The cornea of control group rabbits neither emerged corneal neovascularization nor expressed VEGF.Conclusion:This investigation suggests that VEGF expression is correlated with cautery-induced angiogenesis in the rabbit cornea and that it plays an important role in rabbit corneal neovascularization.
