人黑色素瘤A375细胞中B7-H4表达的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨B7-H4在人黑色素瘤A375细胞中表达及临床意义。方法:体外培养人黑色素瘤A375细胞,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态;采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测B7-H4 mRNA的转录水平及蛋白的表达水平。结果:B7-H4 mRNA和蛋白在A375细胞中表达均增高。结论:B7-H4在人黑色素瘤A375细胞中表达升高,可为黑色素瘤的诊断和治疗提供参考。 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of B7-H4 in human melanoma A375 cells.Methods:human melanoma A375 cells were cultured,the morphological alterations of A375 cells were observed by inverse microscopy.The mRNA and protein expression levels of B7-H4 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results: The expression of the mRNA and protein of B7-H4 increased in Human Melanoma A375 Cells.Conclusion:The expression of B7-H4 increased in human melanoma A375 cells,which can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of human melanoma.
