经鼻蝶与经翼点入路开颅切除垂体瘤术后并发症分析

Analysis and comparison of the postoperative complications by transsphenoidal and transpterional with pituitary adenoma

目的:探讨经鼻蝶与经翼点入路开颅切除垂体瘤术后的并发症。方法:分析100例资料完整的垂体瘤手术患者的临床资料。结果:经鼻蝶入路与经翼点手术术后出现的各项并发症的例数经卡方检验,除术后动眼神经麻痹一项无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:垂体腺瘤经鼻蝶入路与经翼点入路开颅手术相比,创伤小,并发症少,病死率低。

Objective：To compare the postoperative complications of pituitary adenoma via transsphenoidal and transpterional.Methods：Analysis of the data 100 cases of patients with pituitary tumour surgery clinical data,and combining with document were discussed.Results：The postoperative complications of transsphenoidal compared with transpterional in pituitary adenoma through the chi-square test for the average P value,only one was not statistically significant（P0.05）,and the rest were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared transsphenoidal and transpterional in pituitary adenoma,the former have less morbidity,complications,mortality.
