摘要
从城市规划批后管理的范围、内容及基本程序等方面进行了叙述,并就规划竣工验收、规划变更、规划综合验收及违法违章建设处理作了说明,以确保规划管理目标的实现。
This paper illustrates the scope,content,and basic procedure of the after-plan-approval administration for urban planning,and expounds the planning check acceptance,planning change,overall planning acceptance,and illegal construction processing,with a view to guarantee the realization of plan management goal.
