摘要
结合具体工程实例,介绍了高温环境设备基础大体积混凝土裂缝控制技术,通过采用优化配合比设计以及对混凝土的浇筑、养护方式的控制措施,有效的控制混凝土内部最高温度、表面与环境温差、降温速率等指标,从而避免了大体积混凝土裂缝问题。
Combining with some engineering examples,the paper introduces the large concrete crack control technique of high temperature environment equipment,undertakes the effective control over the highest temperature in the concrete,the temperature difference between the surface and the environment,and the cooling rate by adopting the optimized proportional ratio design,the grouting of the concrete and maintenance ways,so as to avoid the large concrete crack.
