通过水泥乳化沥青砂浆在沪杭客运专线HHZQ-4标段工程CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的应用,从轨道板精调、定位和压紧、封边施工、底座预湿或封闭处理、水泥乳化沥青砂浆的灌注及养护等施工要点研讨了水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工过程中的质量控制,为水泥乳化沥青砂浆的推广应用奠定基础。

According to the application of the cement-emulsified bitumen mortar in CRTSⅡ type ballstless slab tracks of HHZQ-4 section project along Shanghai to Hangzhou passenger special line,the paper discusses the quality control of the construction process of the cement-emulsified bitumen mortar from some construction points,including the fine adjustment,the location and holddown,the edge banding construction,the bottom prewet or sealing treatment,the grouting of the cement-emulsified bitumen mortar,and the maintenance,so as to lay the foundation for extending the application of the cement-emulsified bitumen mortar.
