基于水力旋流器三维数值模拟的结构参数研究

Research on the structural parameter based on three-dimensional numerical simulation of the hydrocyclone

针对水处理中用于地下水除沙的固—液分离用的水力旋流器,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对其内流场进行了数值模拟,深入研究了结构参数对旋流器性能的影响,为进一步研究水力旋流器提供了一定的基础和参考。

In light of the hydrocyclone used in solid-liquid separation for removing the sand in underground water processing,it uses the CFD software FLUENT to carries on numerical simulation for its interior flow field,and deeply studies the impacts of structural parameter on the hydrocyclone,which has provided certain foundation and reference for further studying the hydrocyclone.
