摘要
对工程全过程造价控制流程进行了分析,并着重阐述了建设前期阶段及实施阶段工程造价管理存在的问题及解决途径,提出了多元公开化管理体系,以促进全过程造价控制流程的良性循环。
It analyzes the entire project cost control procedure,mainly describes the problems existing in project cost management at the preliminary stage and implementation stage and solutions,and proposes openness and pluralism management system,so as to promote the virtuous cycle of entire cost control procedure.
