On GUI program design of carbon fiber's seismic and intensification based on MATLAB

The features of GUIDE of MATLAB and the reinforcing application of CFRP in the civil engineering were introduced,then basing on the two designing methods,the design calculation flow chart and key modules＇ functions of program Anti_seismic created by GUIDE for RC member and oriented the Anti_seismic reinforcing were presented.The convenience of Anti_seismic on designing was illustrated.
