摘要
从提出"微气动技术",到引入"微系统技术"这一概念,揭示了气动技术跌宕起伏的发展之路。如果说"微气动技术"概念的提出只是对气动元件低功耗、微型化的一种憧憬和追求。那么"微系统技术"则表明人们对气动技术己有了更深刻的认识,气动技术作为一门自动化控制技术不能孤立发展,必须融合到自控技术的发展规律中,与其他控制技术、元器件,进行互补、互相融合,只有这样做才能使气动技术得以广阔的发展。
From the proposed "micro-pneumatic technology" to introducing the concept of the "micro-system technology," it reveals the developing path of ups and downs in pneumatic technology. If the "micro-pneumatic technology" proposed the concept of pneumatic components is only low power consumption, miniaturization and the pursuit of an unsettled situation, then the "micro-system technology" show that people have a profounder understanding to pneumatic technology: as an automation control technology, pneumatic technology have to pull the development of the automatical technology instead of being isolated,and other control technologies, components must be complementary and integrated.It is the only way to make pneumatic technology to a broad development.
