中国经济要实现"二次腾飞",就必须告别失衡增长,逐步走向均衡发展,构建经济-政治-社会-文化"四位一体"的发展模式,即:以经济发展为主线,政治体制改革为保障,社会整体发展为目标,先进文化为基础。以城镇化为载体,以现代产业体系为支撑,探索可持续的发展路径,构建新型的经济、政治、社会与生态文明。

To achieve a 'second take-off',China's economy must say goodbye to the unbalanced growth and should move toward the balanced development gradually.It should build 'the quaternity' development model,i.e.,economy-politics-society-culture.Namely:Take the economic development as the master line,the political reform as the safeguard,the social integral development as the goal,the advanced culture as the foundation.Take urbanization into the carrier,the modern industry system as the support,explore the sustainable development way and construct the new economy,politics,the society and the ecology civilization.
