摘要细胞色素P450酶系（cytochrome P450,CYP）,又称混合功能氧化酶（mixed function oxidase）和单氧酶（monooxygenase）,是由许多同工酶组成的超家族,主要存在于肝微粒中,参与生物体内源性和外源性物质的生物转化。作为人体重要的药物代谢酶,对药物代谢和药物之间的相互作用有着重要影响[1]。
