推土机铲刀自动控制电液系统设计

摘要 针对推土机传统作业存在的作业质量差和劳动强度大等问题,在推土机铲刀原有液压驱动系统的基础上,以AT89S52单片机为核心,改进设计了推土机铲刀电液系统,旨在实现推土机手动/自动控制的切换和利用力/位调节实现对铲刀更精确的控制。该系统可实时检测铲刀位置和作业阻力,通过电控单元、利用模糊PID控制算法实时调整脉宽信号的占空比,来调节电液比例换向阀组中先导阀出口压力,进而控制主阀阀芯的动作,从而自动地调节铲刀升降。对系统进行的仿真结果表明:系统跟随性好,响应平稳。 Considering the problem that the working quality is rough and labor intensity is heavy for the traditional working way of bulldozer, a new electro-hydraulic control system based on SCM AT89S52 is designed to control the shovel cutting depth more accurately. The former hydraulic system was remained and connected with the new hydraulic circuit in parallel through the electromagnetic proportional transforming valve, so the manual control and automatic control can be switched in accordance with working demand. The control system can collect the signal of real-time cutting depth and work resistance, then adjust the duty ratio of PWM signal through fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the outlet pressure of pilot valve. The results of simulation show that the system has stationary response and good following behavior.
