缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压左室肥厚

Effect of combination of valsartan with carvedilol in treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy with essential hypertension

目的观察缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压左室肥厚的疗效。方法将86例高血压病患者随机分为两组：治疗组给予缬沙坦80 mg,1次/d;卡维地洛10 g,2次/d。对照组给予非洛地平5 mg,1次/d;卡维地洛10 g,2次/d。共12个月,观察两组用药后血压、左室结构的变化。结果用药后两组收缩压和舒张压均显著降低（P〈0.05）;治疗组室间隔厚度及左室后壁厚度均变薄（P〈0.05）;左室重量指标明显减少（P〈0.05）,对照组各项指标无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压左室肥厚患者可安全有效降压,并同时逆转左室肥厚,改善左室舒张功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of valsartan combined with carvedilol in treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy with essential hypertension.Methods Eighty-six patients with essential hypertension（EH） were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group was treated with valsartan 80 mg/d,carvedilol 10 mg,bid.Control group was treated with felodipine 5 mg/d,carvedilol 10 mg,bid,the course was 12 months.The blood pressure and left ventriculars structure were observed.Results The blood pressure of patients in the two groups obviously decreased（P0.05）.IVST,LVPWT,LVMI became thiner（P0.05） in treatment group,but there was no significant difference in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Valsartan combined with carvedilol has good effect for left ventricular hepertrophy with essential hypertension,it could decrease blood pressure,regress left ventricular hypertrophy and improve cardiac function.
