外伤性睫状体脱离改良缝合术疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨改良睫状体缝合手术方式对外伤性睫状体脱离的治疗效果。方法 12只眼通过超声生物显微镜确诊睫状体脱离,12只眼均采用改良式睫状体离断间断缝合。结果术后随访1~6个月,12眼术后视力均有不同程度提高,术后矫正视力0.3~0.5;12只眼在术后3月内眼压恢复正常或短期波动后恢复正常,术后第1周眼压升高在6 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)以上11眼。前房均有所加深,眼底网膜水肿有所消退,黄斑褶皱减轻。结论改良式睫状体脱离间断缝合复位术是治疗眼顿击伤后睫状体脱离的有效方法,尽早手术可早期恢复眼压,改善视功能。 Objective To discuss the effect of improved surgical suture of the ciliary body in patients with traumatic detachment of ciliary body. Methods Twleve eyes were diagnosed of ciliary body detachment by ultrasound biomicroscopy,12 eyes were broken using a modified ciliary body from the continuous suture.Results Twelve patients were followed up for 1-6 months,12 eyes were improved in visual acuity,postoperative visual acuity 0.3-0.5;the intraocular pressure of the 12 eyes returned to normal after 3 months or short-term volatility returned to normal,after 1 week intraocular pressure of 11 eyes was more than 6 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa).Anterior chamber to deepen,both fundus retinal edema had subsided,macular fold reduced.Conclusion Ciliary body detachment is sutured improved reduction surgery is an effective method in treating ocular ciliary body detachment after dayton wounded.Early surgery can restore early intraocular pressure and improve visual function.
