摘要
研究并实现了一种基于虚拟现实的动态虚拟折弯机场景仿真系统。采用OpenGL构建图形控制平台实现立体三维效果;基于场景图形技术和参数化拉伸体建模构建和组织各种尺寸的场景元素;建立动画管理器对场景元素进行更新遍历实现运动序列控制;同时,应用变形体技术,完成工艺流程和板料柔体仿真,并且通过板料展开计算实现其长度变化。应用分析表明,该系统可提高折弯场景运动控制和工艺成形的真实感,并可扩展应用于板料成形的其他领域。
A simulation system of dynamic virtual scene of press brake based on virtual reality was investigated and implemented.In the system,the graphics platform with stereo 3D effects was established by using OpenGL.The virtual scene of press brake was built based on scene graph and extrude model techniques for organizing and modifying it easily.The control strategy was completed by building the animation manager to update the scene graph.Simultaneously,flexible simulation of sheet metal and bending process were achieved by morph target animation technology and the length of board can transform in the bending process.The application shows that the developed system can make the virtual scene more realistic and be used in other fields of sheet metal widely.
