摘要
分析了气门精锻模具的工况条件及失效特点,研究了新型热作模具钢(RJD钢)的实验性能、热处理工艺及其在气门精锻模具上的生产应用。实验表明,RJD钢抗氧化性及热稳定性优于H13、8407钢,经1120℃淬火、620℃回火后硬度为53 HRC左右,RJD钢性能符合气门精锻模服役的工况条件要求。生产应用表明,RJD钢具有更突出的强韧性能,使用寿命显著高于3Cr2 W8V、4Cr5 MoSi V1钢,能很好满足气门热精锻成形模具的使用要求。
The working conditions and the failure characteristics of the valve precision forging die were analyzed,and the new hot working die steel's experimental performance,technology for heating processing and application in the valve precision forging die were also discussed.The results show that the oxidation-resistance and heat stability of RJD steel are better than those of H13 and 8407 steel with hardness of about 53HRC after quenching at 1120 ℃ and tempering at 620 ℃.The performance of RJD steel meets the requirement of the valve precision forging die's working condition.The productive application shows that RJD steel has more outstanding strength and toughness behaviors and its service life is significantly longer than 3Cr2W8V and 4Cr5MoSiV1,which can sufficiently meet the requirement of the valve precision forging die.
