脉冲电流对铸轧Al-Mg合金组织的影响 被引量:5

Influence of different electric current pulses on twin roll casting microstructure for Al-Mg aluminum alloy

摘要 通过轧辊引入电脉冲,研究了不同的脉冲电流对铸轧Al-Mg合金组织的影响。对比实验结果表明:施加不同脉冲电流后铸轧出的薄带显微组织变化显著,合适的电脉冲强度处理使晶粒明显细化。与没有施加电脉冲的组织比较,成分偏析现象得到改善,内部组织差异明显减轻。采用电流密度5.5×106A.m-2处理时其显微组织表现为呈近球形颗粒且分布均匀,但是晶界上偏析仍然存在。 Through the introduction of electric current pulse to casting roller,the effect of different electric current pulses on casting structure of Al-Mg aluminum alloy were investigated.The control results show that the structure of alloy is changed apparently when the different current pulses are discharged during the casting.The microstructure of alloy is refined apparently under suitable pulse current strength.Compared to un-treated sample,the phenomenon of composition segregation and internal diversity of microstructure are reduced obviously.The microstructure is nearly spherical particle and the component distribution is more uniform with 5.5×106A·m-2 electric current pulse.But segregation on grain boundary is still existed.
