旋轮采用中空冷却下的热机耦合分析

摘要 大口径弹体旋压成形时,旋轮常因温度过高而损坏。将旋轮轴做成中空结构并循环流通冷却液,可有效保证旋轮在高温旋压时的强度,大大提高旋轮的使用寿命。本文在给定旋轮的物理条件后,通过热机耦合分析方法,模拟了旋轮在有冷却和无冷却两种情况下的温度场和应力分布,通过比较验证了结构改进的合理性。 The spinning roller is often damaged by high temperature as large-caliber shells being spun.The spinning roller was made with a hollow in the structure which could flow the coolant liquid,and effectively ensure the strength when at high temperatures.After giving the physical condition of the spinning roller,with the heat-engine coupling analysis,the roller's temperature and stress distribution in both cooling and without cooling cases were simulated.By comparing analysis,the rationality after the structure being improved was verified.
