Peptide-PEG Hybrids and Its Growing Application in Biomedical Field

摘要 聚乙二醇(PEG)多-肽复合物兼承了PEG良好的理化性质和多肽诸多的生物特性,近年来在药物递释、组织修复、生物改性等生物医学领域备受关注。阐述了以PEG多-肽嵌段共聚物、接枝梳状聚合物及生物缀合物为主的3类PEG多-肽复合物的制备途径,及其应用于生物医学领域(组织工程材料、药物缓控释载体以及生物表面改性)的研究进展。 Exhibiting well combined properties from PEG and peptide, recently, their hybrids have a growing attention in biomedical field such as controlled drug delivery,tissue regeneration and surface modification. A perspective on approaches of integrating the peptides and polyethylene glycol to b/o-hybrid materials of three kinds containing block copolymer,graft polymer and their conjugates are presented. The resulting unique properties of these bio-hybrids in regard to the application in biomedical fields( tissue engineering ,drug delivery/release system and surface modification) are introduced as well.
