儿童神经母细胞瘤13例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma,NB）是儿童最常见的颅外实体性恶性肿瘤,其年发病率为0.3～5.5/10万。NB起源于胚胎神经嵴交感神经元细胞,故凡有交感神经元细胞的地方,就可以出现原发肿瘤,因此临床表现多种多样。该病恶性程度较高,进展快,早期易发生转移,约50%的患儿诊断时已发生远处转移。该病治疗效果、预后较差,尤其是IV期患儿,
