来福灵在苹果及土壤中的残留动态研究

摘要 用带有电子捕获检测器的 GC-9A 气相色谱仪测定来福灵在苹果和土壤中的残留量和消解动态。样本中加入丙酮,捣碎,抽滤。滤液用石油醚提取,经弗罗里硅土柱净化,用乙酸乙醋-石油醚作淋洗剂,淋洗液定容后进样测定,外标法以峰高定量,最小检知浓度为0.006ppm,最小检出量为2×10^(11)g,苹果及土壤中添加回收率为84~96%,变异系数是2.3~7.8%。 GC-9A equipped with ECD detector was used to measure residue and degra- dation of esfenvalerate in apple and soil. The results showed that the degradations speed of esfenvalerate in apple and soil was rather slow.The halflife of esfenvalerate in apple and soil was 19 and 35 days respectively.When 25ppm and 50ppm esfenvalerate was applied 2 to 4 times during the whole fruit growing period,and the pre-harvest interval of the last application was 21 days,the residue of esfenvalerate in apple was 0.091 ~0.239 ppm and 0.176~0.329ppm respectively.in the soil there was 0.093~ 0.135ppm and 0.162~0.317ppm respectively.
