摘要
采用断口分析、外观检查、金相检查和能谱分析等方法,对弹簧钢丝在拉拔过程中发生的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明附着于钢丝表面的金属锌,在热处理过程中处于液态,引起钢丝由外表面沿晶脆化开裂进而导致整体断裂,从而得出弹簧钢丝的断裂是由低熔点金属脆化开裂造成的。
In order to find out the reason for the fracture of spring steel while drawing, a few of methods were employed which include fracture analysis, macroscopic examination, metallographic analysis and SEM-EDX analysis. It was inferred that the melting Zn element during heat treatment process caused the bulk fracture of steel wire from inter-granular brittle fracture of external surface. It was concluded that the failure of steel wire was caused by the brittle fracture of low melting metal.
