偏侧惊厥-偏瘫-癫痫综合征一例报道 被引量：1

摘要 病例：患者,女,10岁,于5-6年前无诱因出现左肾区刺激疼痛,可触及左侧肾区局部肌肉抽动,瞬间消失,同时伴左下肢发麻,曾于北京确诊为胡桃夹现象（左肾静脉狭窄）。于2005年5月左右,左肾区疼痛阵发性频发,无尿频、尿急、尿痛,平均每2个月左右一次,每次持续6-7天,严重时左下肢抖动并左下肢运动不灵,可持续数天缓解。2006年10月再次无热抽搐，表现头向一侧，双眼凝视，偏侧肢体不动，未明确诊断。2007年初左下肢发麻，不伴肢体与肾区疼痛，
