人防工程是为保障人民防空指挥、通讯、掩蔽人员等免受或减轻核、化、生武器和常规炸弹杀伤破坏而专门建造的防护建筑。地下室、地道、坑道等均可改做人防工程。它在战时与平时都有着重要的作用。像地铁,平时它是城市的重要交通干道,战时又是理想的避难所,在防空袭和防震等灾害面前也能起到一定的防护作用。本文将浅谈人防工程的防护措施与其结构的设计特点。

The civil air defense is a defense building specially to prevent the staffs in air defense command,communications,masking from nuclear,chemical,biologic weapons and conventional bombs.Basements,tunnels,trenches,etc.can be changed into air defense projects which have an important role in wartime and peacetime.Like a subway,usually it is the city＇s major traffic way while during the war;it is an ideal refuge which can also play a protective role in air raid,earthquake and other disasters.This article will discuss protection measures and structure features of civil air defense engineering design.
