摘要
屋面施工质量的好坏、优劣关系到建筑物的使用寿命和人们对总体建筑质量的满意度。目前国家把屋面防水工程的质量保证期限规定在五年以上是很有一些道理的。如何提高屋面的施工质量,克服质量通病、保证不漏,是我们建筑工作者研究的一个重要课题。分析了当前住宅建筑防水存在的主要问题,结合长期的实践经验,分别从设计和施工两个方面对屋面防水工程质量的控制进行分析讨论,请给予批评指正。
Roof construction quality is related to the life of the building and the degree of people＇s satisfaction with the overall construction.Currently,the state＇s regulation of five years roofing project quality assurance is very justifiable.How to improve the roof＇s construction quality,overcome the quality problems and ensure no leakage is an important issue of study for construction workers.The paper analyzes the main problems in current residential building waterproof,combined with long-term practical experience,control of roofing waterproof projects is analyzed and discussed from two aspects of design and construction respectively,welcome criticism and correction.
