摘要
众所周知,项目最大的成本即是材料设备成本,而做好材料设备成本策划,又是材料设备成本管理的关键。因此,如何对外资项目的材料设备成本进行策划,是施工方理所当然应当研究的课题。本篇总结了仁恒置地集团投资开发的珠海仁恒滨海中心项目强电系统和给排水系统指定分包工程的一些具体做法,对外资项目材料设备成本策划进行探讨。
It is known that the biggest cost in project is the cost of materials and equipment,and good materials and equipment cost planning is the Key of materials and equipment cost management.Therefore,how to plan materials and equipment cost in foreign investment project is surely the subject of study for construction unit.This paper summarizes specific practices on subpackage construction of electrical system and drainage system of Zhuhai Renheng Coast Centre Project developed and invested by Renheng Properties Group and foreign-funded materials and equipment cost planning is discussed.
