摘要
职业教育中的《餐饮服务与管理》是一门理论性与实践性都很强的课程,要达到提高学生学习兴趣和职业技能水平的目的,就要更新教学理念,从学生特点出发,进行教学方法及教学模式的改革,从而为餐饮服务行业培养技术型应用人才。
"Catering service and management" in vocational education is a theoretical and practical course,to achieve the objective of increasing students' interest in learning and career skills,we need to update the teaching philosophy and reform teaching methods and teaching model proceeding from the characteristics of the students,so as to develop technology-based applicable personnel for catering service industry.
