＂Catering service and management＂ in vocational education is a theoretical and practical course,to achieve the objective of increasing students＇ interest in learning and career skills,we need to update the teaching philosophy and reform teaching methods and teaching model proceeding from the characteristics of the students,so as to develop technology-based applicable personnel for catering service industry.
