摘要
针对胜利油田利深1井废弃钻井泥浆色度、COD超标严重、含水率高的现状,采用固液分离技术,即对钻井泥浆体系进行破乳处理,分离出部分水分,然后采用固化处理技术进行无害固化处理,利用现有的施工工艺,完成了该井1980m3钻井泥浆的无害化处理,使污染指标完全控制在国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)允许的一级标准范围,以实现达到环保要求,有效地控制污染的目的。
Aiming at the field's situation of waste drilling mud's in Lishen I well of shengli oil field.The mud's COD color and water are more higher than the national discharge standers. Tbe technology of separating solid and liquid is used at first, and then make it harmless by stabilization. There is 1980m3 drilling mud has been made harmless the existing construction techniques. The pollution indexes can be meet the first grade discharge standard in Wastewater Integrated Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) in order to meet the demand of environment conservation and the purpose of controlling pollution effectively.
