类风湿关节炎超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

Clinical Application of High Sensitive C-reactive Protein on Rheumatoid Arthritis:Value Analysis

目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测的临床意义。方法选择2009年4月～2010年6月我院收治的RA患者80例,其中40例活动期,40例非活动期。比较两组患者以及50例正常对照组的hs-CRP和血沉(ESR)。结果 RA活动期患者的hs-CRP、ESR明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且RA患者活动期的hs-CRP、ESR明显高于非活动期组(P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP能够反映RA患者的病情,与疾病活动性密切相关。

Objective To investigate the clinical value analysis of high sensitive C-reactive protein on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Eighty cases patients with rheumatoid arthritis received treatment in our hospital were divided into active stage group and non-active stage group with 30 cases in each group. The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of active stage group,non-active stage group and 50 cases of control group was compared. Results The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of rheumatoid arthritis active stage group was much higher than that of control group ,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The high sensitive C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of rheumatoid arthritis active stage group was much higher than that of non-active stage group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The high sensitive C-reactive protein can reflect the disease of rheumatoid arthritis patients and is closely related to activity.
