摘要
2008年金融危机后,全球贸易摩擦不断。一些国家为了保障国内经济发展,频繁利用WTO公平竞争原则的反倾销与反补贴手段。本文从反倾销和反补贴措施采取的动机及反倾销和反补贴措施过分使用的后果两方面进行分析,指出反倾销与反补贴的过分使用实质已经扭曲了WTO公平竞争原则,并提出了遏制各国过分使用反倾销与反补贴手段的几条对策。
The trade conflicts occurred often since the financial crisis of 2008. Some countries launched frequently antidumping and countervailing surveys under the WTO fair competition principle to safeguard domestic economic development. This essay ,analyzed from the motives of antidumping and countervailing measures and the consequences these two measures resulted in , points out that overuses of antidumping and countervailing are distorting the fair competition principles of WTO, and puts forward some suggestion to solve this problem.
