我国民营企业官产学研合作创新模式研究

Innovative Model of Government-production-learning-research Cooperation of China's Private Enterprises

伴随知识经济的不断深入和经济全球化进程的不断加快,我国传统上以产品价格为主要竞争优势的民营企业在当前市场竞争中明显处于不利的竞争态势;提升民营企业技术创新能力已经成为解决上述问题的最有效途径;本文在技术创新理论、企业成长理论的指导下,提出了以民营企业为主导的、政府广泛参与的官产学研合作创新模式,以期对民营企业技术创新能力的提升提出建设性的意见。

With the continuous deepening of the knowledge economy and the accelerating process of economic globalization, China＇s private enterprises which traditionally take the price as the main competitive advantages are obviously in a disadvantageous competitive situation in the competitive market, so to enhance the technological innovation of private enterprises has become the most effective way to address these issues~ This paper put forward an innovative model of government-production-learning-research cooperation, in which private enterprises are the lead, and the government broadly participate, under the guidance of the theory of technological innovation and business growth, to hope to provide constructive suggestions for enhancing innovation capability of the private enterprises.
