摘要
增值能力是现代高端物流核心竞争力。现代激烈市场竞争环境下,结合我国农产品物流发展现状分析了精益农产品物流价值管理发展思路,提出价值化工程思想,构建了其价值化工程体系结构。最后,结合武汉城市圈对价值化管理在精益农产品物流管理中的实施与应用进行了分析。
Value-added ability becomes core competencies of today＇s advanced logistics. According to analyzing value management connotation on modern Lean Agricultural Product Logistics（LAPL）, the value management idea about LAPL has been discussed under this steep competition environment of modern market, the LAPL valuaization engineering thought was put forward, and its valuaization management architecture was constructed. At last, the valuaization management implementation of LAPL in Wuhan city circle was analyzed.
