摘要
数控加工仿真是虚拟制造的基础技术之一,近年来以其独有的优势在职业院校得到了广泛应用,本文结合零件加工实施过程,阐明了以凯勒SymPlus CNC(KELLER)软件为仿真平台进行数控加工仿真的过程,并指明了它在教学过程中它的作用和意义,对该软件在我国的应用推广有一定借鉴意义。
NC machining simulation is one of basic technology of virtual manufacturing, and has a wide range of applications in vocational colleges with its unique advantages in recent years. Combining with the implementation process of parts processing, this paper illustrates that taking SymPlus CNC (KELLER) software of KELLER as simulation platform to carry out CNC machining simulation process, and indicates the its role and and significance in the teaching process, which has a certain reference value of the promotion of this software in China.
