How to Build a Harmonious Enterprise under the Current Situation

构建和谐企业,是构建和谐社会的重要基础,也是企业生存和发展的迫切要求。然而在当前形势下,一些企业的内部环境与构建和谐企业的要求还相差甚远,诸如,管理体制不顺畅、激励约束机制缺乏活力,员工收入分配差距拉大,干群关系不太融洽等等,这就给构建和谐企业带来了诸多不利影响。笔者就当前形势下如何构建和谐企业这一问题谈谈粗浅看法。

Building a harmonious enterprise is an important foundation for building a harmonious society, also is the urgent requirements to the survival and development of enterprise. However, in the current situation, the internal environment of some companies still far from the requirements of building a harmonious enterprise, such as, the management system is not smooth, restraint mechanisms lack of energy incentive, the gap of staff income is widening, relationship between cadres is not very harmonious, and so on, which adversely affectes the harmonious enterprises. The author talks about some opinion on how to build a harmonious enterprise under the current situation.
