摘要
目前,我国医院人力资源管理依然存在管理观念严重滞后,管理体制不够健全,管理目标不够准确,激励监督力度不够等问题。对此,我们必须在管理观念、管理目标、管理方式、管理体制等方面力求创新,确保医院人力资源管理真正发挥作用。
At present, human resources management in the hospital still have many problems, such as, the management concept is seriously lagging behind, the management system is not perfect, management objectives is not accurate enough, incentives and supervision is inadequate, and so on. So we must innovate the concepts, objectives, way and system of management, to ensure that hospital human resource management really play its role.
