摘要
高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,肩负着教育育人、服务育人、管理育人的责任,发挥着其不可替代的作用。目前全国辅导员总数已经达到十万之多,但是由于很多高校没有科学系统的辅导员选拔、培养和考核机制,严重影响了高校辅导员队伍建设。文章基于高校辅导员胜任力的研究视角,分析高校辅导员胜任力构成要素,从而为正确的选拔、培养和考核高校辅导员提供理论依据,具有较强的理论和现实意义。
College counselors are the backbone to develop ideological and political education, and shoulder the responslblhhes ot people's cultivation based on education, educating students through service and cultivation with proper management, and they play an irreplaceable role. The total number of national counselors has reached more than 100,000 at present. However, since many colleges have not mechanisms of counselors selection, cultivation and assessment of scientific system, it seriously influences team construction of college instructors. This paper analyzed the inscape of college counselors competency based on research perspective of college counselors competency and then provided theoretical basis for selecting, cultivating and assessing college counselors rightly, which have strong theoretical and realistic significance.
