摘要
本文首先阐述高校辅导员队伍稳定性与辅导员队伍职业化建设的内在联系,指明当前高校辅导员队伍呈现出高流动性、低稳定性的特点;接着探析造成当前高校辅导员队伍稳定性缺失的原因;最后提出应如何切实维护辅导员队伍稳定性,为辅导员的职业化建设奠定良好的基础。
This paper first describes the inner relationship of the stable instructor team in college and the construction of instructor team professionalism, points out the high fluidity and low stability of instructor team in college, and then analyzes the cause of deficiency of stability of instructor team in college, at last puts forward some suggestions for maintaining the stability of instructor team in college and lays the foundation for the construction of instructor team professionalism.
