异小杆线虫对亚洲玉米螟越冬代幼虫的侵染力

Infectivity of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora to the overwintering Larva of Ostrinia furnacalis

测定了异小杆线虫（Heterorhabditisbacteriophora）对亚洲玉米螟（Ostriniafurnacalis）的侵染力，结果表明：在供试剂量下，该种昆虫病原线虫对亚洲玉米螟的致死中量LD(50)=17．78±2．74（条线虫／玉米螟幼虫，IJ／L），置信区间为23．15～2．41IJ／L，越冬代玉米螟幼虫对该种线虫高度敏感，应进一步进行田间防治试验。

Infectivity ted of entomopathogenic nematode to the larva of overwintering O.furnacalis was conducted in laboratory. The results showed that the lethal dose LD50=17.78±2.74(IJ/L). The larvae was sensitive highly to the entomopathogenic nematode, further field trial should be carried out in order to test the efficiency of field application.
