摘要
研究结果表明:大猿叶虫为聚集分布且具密度依赖性,其分布的个体成分是个体群。引起幼虫聚集的原因是其本身的生活习性,成虫聚集是由环境条件引起的,田间抽样调查成虫应取“Z”字型,幼虫应取五点式。统计调查数据得出Iwao的线性回归式m=α+βm中的α,β值,再将其作为参数进行计算,得出大猿叶虫种群密度的理论抽样数。
The results showed that the spatial distribution pattern of Colaphellus bowringii Baly population was aggregated under certain densities, and the aggregate intensity varied with the density. The basic elements of distribution was individual colony. The reasons caused the aggregation of larva and adult were habits and environrnental conditions respectively. The sampling method, 'Z' pattern was used in the investigation of adult population density. For the larva, the Five Point Pattern was better. The formulae of theoritical sampling number of population density were deduced from the value α and β, which is in the linear regression formula, m=α+βm.
