湖南大学二院是一代建筑学家刘敦帧先生留在湖大校园内仅有的一栋建筑作品,有着重要的历史价值。本文试图从平面功能组织、立面构图分析、建筑空间特点以及建筑细部等方面对二院进行较为详细地论述,己抒己见。

As the only remaining architectural work of one of the first generation architects, Mr. Dunzhen LIU, the 2nd Building of Hunan University holds great historical significances. This paper includes detailed comments on the planar function arrangements, facade analysis, characteristics of the space and other architectural details.
