摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种主要侵犯骶髂关节、脊柱骨突和脊柱旁软组织等中轴结构的慢性、进行性炎性疾病,是脊柱关节病(SpA)中最典型的一种疾病。慢性炎症部位的新骨生成是As患者影像学结构破坏的标志性特征,也是影响患者机体功能和脊柱活动度的主要因素。该病的另外一个突出特点是患者体内同时存在骨丢失和新骨形成。
